Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2 - 6 business days depending on your location. Rural areas may take a little longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode. We keep rates as affordable as possible.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes - express options will appear at checkout where available.

Orders & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

We usually pack and send you order within 1 - 2 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this stage we offer delivery only.

Can I schedule a delivery date?

You can leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best, but exact dates can't be guaranteed.

Gifts Boxes

What's inside each gift box?

Each senti box is carefully curated with premium items designed to create a moment of joy, calm, or celebration. You'll find the full contents listed on every product page.

Can I add a personalised message?

Yes - you can add a message at checkout. We print it on a beautiful senti card and include it inside your gift box.

Do you include prices in the box?

Never. All senti boxes are sent gift-ready with no pricing included.

Can I send a box directly to someone else?

Absolutely - most of our customers do. Simply enter their shipping details at checkout.

Can I customise a gift box?

We currently offer set curated boxes, but we're working on add-ons and build-your-own options.

Candles

What are your candles made from?

Our candles are hand-poured in Brisbane using a high-quality soy blend for a clean, even burn.

Do you offer scents?

We release new scents seasonally. Join our mailing list to hear about new drops.

Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged?

If something arrives broken or not quite right, email us at sentigiftsau@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll fix it quickly.

Can I return a gift box?

Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept returns for change of mind - but if there's an issue, we're always happy to help.
